Analyzing the runner to improve efficiencies, form and technique for optimum speed and injury prevention.

  • Correct over striding
  • Increase stride length
  • Correct body positioning and posture

Coached Running Sessions:

Phidippedes Track Club meets the first Tuesday in March through the last Tuesday in October with track workouts to increase speed, as well as social activities designed to improve the knowledge and enjoyment of running and training. All levels of runners and triathletes are encouraged to join.
